3rd Plenary Meeting

The UniMaaS Project continues to move forward at a steady pace, and the 3rd Plenary Meeting in Valencia was a great opportunity for the consortium to come together once again. Hosted by Universitat Politècnica de València, the two-day meeting brought partners face to face to reconnect, exchange ideas, and align on what comes next.

Updates & next steps

Over the two days, partners shared updates from the project’s pilots and discussed how things are progressing on the ground. These sessions gave everyone a clearer picture of where things stand, what’s working well, and where more attention is needed.

At the same time, there was a strong focus on what lies ahead. Conversations around upcoming priorities and next steps helped ensure that everyone is moving in the same direction, with a shared understanding of the goals across all work packages.

Open discussions & real collaboration

What stood out throughout the meeting was the openness of the discussions. There was plenty of space for questions, feedback, and honest exchanges, which made the conversations both productive and engaging.

Bringing together different perspectives is always one of the strengths of the UniMaaS consortium, and this meeting was no exception. It helped reinforce a common vision while also allowing room for new ideas to emerge.

Looking ahead

The path toward 2026 is becoming clearer, and the consortium is well aligned on the steps needed to get there. There’s still plenty of work ahead, but the energy and collaboration seen in Valencia are a strong reminder that we’re moving in the right direction.
