Description
The AI-based Asset Correlation identifies hidden relationships, dependencies, and affinity patterns between manufacturing assets, processes, devices, services, and supply-chain components within the UniMaaS ecosystem. The component analyzes temporal, spatial, and operational correlations using AI/ML classification, regression, and decision-tree mechanisms to discover interconnected manufacturing resources and dynamically associated service chains. The extracted correlation knowledge is utilized by the UniMaaS platform to support the automated structured manufacturing workflows and resource compositions. Furthermore, the component continuously evaluates evolving manufacturing conditions and operational states to improve dynamic resource orchestration, service-chain reconfiguration, and intelligent decision-making across heterogeneous MaaS environments.
